Lifestyle Financial Planning (your financial guide)*
Making Lifestyle Financial Planning a part of your financial life is no longer a choice – it’s become a necessity. Why? Because life is more expensive than ever!
Your own home, education for your children, a sustainable retirement …. to say nothing of a good holiday! For many of us life’s basics have become financial burdens and a savings account or superannuation is just simply not enough to keep pace.
“No matter whom we are or what we earn, life constantly demands more of our money. So if we don’t efficiently manage life’s thirst for money, we end up with our lives being controlled by a constant spiralling need for money, and with very little to show for it.”
Let’s look at this more closely:
When we find that our income is not lasting as long as it previously was, we commence to feel a need for more money, which in turn creates an urge to find more money. To satisfy the urge, we either work longer hours to earn more money, or take an easier route and borrow more money. Usually we take the easier option and borrow more money, resulting in even bigger demands on our income, which eventually creates a bigger need for money, and so on it goes!
On the surface, it would appear that choosing to work longer hours to earn more money, would be the more sensible option. But even then the extra hours spent at work and not at play, gradually diminishes our quality and purpose of life resulting in us experiencing a hollow feeling of non achievement. This converts into a feeling of a need for more money, which then in turn creates the urge to find more money, and so on it goes!
Life demands more money, and as you can see if we don’t manage it efficiently, many of us will end up on that dreaded cycle ‘Where it feels as though life is just a bunch of dates by when bills have to be paid.’
So what do we do to change this?
Some people when finding themselves in unfamiliar financial circumstances will choose to stumble around hoping to eventually find their way. It either never happens, or if it does, it’s usually a long time coming. Yet others, who find themselves in the same situation, will choose to call on the help of a financial guide.
At times, to improve our finances, we need to get out of our own way and use someone else’s strength and knowledge to empower us with the ability to find change.
It is our experience, that those who use the services of a financial guide rekindle their financial aspirations and commence achieving financial goals, not only in the shortest possible time frame but also in the safest possible manner. So with the support of a financial guide and lifestyle financial plan you can reinstate your control of money, achieve financial stability and go on to build financial independence.
